Returns
We accept return or exchange of products, subject to conditions, within 10 days of delivery of products to you. If 10 days have gone by since your receipt of the product so purchased, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returned items, whether for refund or exchange, must comply with our returns and exchange policy:
• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
• Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
• When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
• If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached by the online hosting store, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
• Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact.
• Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable.
• Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.
• Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.
Several types of goods shall not be returnable or refundable. Purchase of perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines is not subject to return, exchange or refund. We also do not accept return or exchange of products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, including but not limited to:
• Gift cards
• Some personal care items
• Discounted or promotional items sold below original prices
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If a request for refund is approved, your refund will be processed within 3 working days but due to bank processing, you may receive an actual refund later. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You shall contact your bank if you do not receive the refund after a period of time after having received a confirmation of a refund from us.
If you need an exchange of your product, we will process the exchange and arrange for delivery of an exchanged item within 7 working days upon receipt of your returned item.
If unfortunately, the returned product for exchange no longer carries the size or color of your want or we are unable to provide you a replacement, we will make a refund to you directly in accordance with our refunds policy stated above.

Shipping
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item except that the reason for such return is due to our wrong delivery or defective or damaged product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund and we have no obligation to inform you the cost of return shipping prior to shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We have no obligation to guarantee receipt or monitor the shipping status of your returned item.
